School Guidelines

These guidelines help create a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment for every student.
Admission to Shraddha Public School implies acceptance of these rules by students and parents.

1. General Conduct & Discipline
Respect: Students must respect teachers, staff, peers, and school property at all times.
Honesty: Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonesty in any form will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Language: Use of abusive, vulgar, or disrespectful language on campus is prohibited.
Mobile Phones & Gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and personal gadgets are not allowed on campus. If found, they will be confiscated.
Damage to Property: Any damage to school furniture, lab equipment, or property must be compensated by the student.

2. Attendance & Punctuality
School Timings: Students must report 10 minutes before the bell. Latecomers will not be allowed into class without a valid reason.
Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for CBSE board exams and internal assessments.
Leave: Leave application must be submitted in writing by the parent/guardian. For medical leave exceeding 3 days, a medical certificate is required.
Absence: Continuous absence of 15 days without intimation will lead to the student’s name being struck off the rolls.

3. Uniform & Appearance
Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and for all school functions. It should be clean, neat, and in good condition.
ID Card: Wearing the school ID card is compulsory inside the campus.
Grooming: Hair should be neatly cut. Nail polish, makeup, and jewellery other than small studs are not allowed.
Sports Kit: On designated sports days, students must wear the prescribed sports uniform

4. Academics & Homework
Homework: Completion of homework and assignments on time is mandatory. Repeated non-submission will be reported to parents.
Assessments: Students must appear for all periodic tests, term exams, and practicals. Re-exams are only allowed with valid medical proof.
Notebooks: Notebooks must be maintained neatly as per CBSE guidelines. They will be checked periodically.

5. Health, Safety & Environment
Cleanliness: Students must keep classrooms, corridors, and school premises clean. Littering is strictly prohibited.
Health: Students with contagious illnesses should not attend school.
Prohibited Items: Tobacco, gutka, alcohol, and any other intoxicating substances are strictly banned on campus.
Safety: Running, rough play, and bringing sharp or dangerous objects to school is not allowed.


6. Parent-Teacher Partnership
PTMs: Parents are expected to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings on scheduled dates to review student progress.
Communication: All communication between school and parents should be through the school diary, official app, or registered contact numbers only.
Feedback: Suggestions and concerns should be addressed to the Principal’s office during visiting hours.

7. Consequences of Misconduct
Depending on the severity, disciplinary action may include a verbal warning, written warning, parent call, suspension, or in serious cases, expulsion.
The Management and Principal’s decision will be final in all disciplinary matters.
